For this project, Altop Facade supplied and fabricated a total of 13,748㎡ of high-performance facade systems, including unitized curtain wall systems, aluminum panel cladding, aluminum louvers, and aluminum balustrade systems, all customized to meet the project’s architectural and technical requirements.
The unitized curtain wall system combines high-transparency glazing with precision-engineered aluminum framing, delivering excellent weather resistance, thermal performance, and facade consistency across the building exterior.
The aluminum panel cladding system, finished with durable fluorocarbon coating, enhances the project’s contemporary architectural appearance while providing long-term durability and low maintenance performance.
Custom aluminum louver systems were incorporated to improve sun shading, airflow, and facade articulation, contributing to both environmental performance and visual depth.
The lightweight aluminum balustrade systems provide structural safety, corrosion resistance, and a clean modern aesthetic for balconies and communal areas.
