Developed and led by Huaide Shareholding Cooperative Company, a renowned model for the transformation of collective village enterprises in Shenzhen, the Huaide Old Village urban renewal project in Fuyong, Bao'an District, is a key initiative under the "Bao’an District 2018 Urban Renewal Unit Plan."
The project aims to redevelop the old village into a mixed-use complex integrating commercial, office, and residential spaces, enhancing the area’s urban functionality and economic vitality.From then on, the urban renewal project of Huaide Old Village in Bao'an Fuyong, which includes community self renovation and overall planning, has been officially launched.
The demolition area spans 279,100 sqm, with a total construction area of 1.195 million sqm. The phased development includes residential, commercial apartments, shopping malls, a five-star hotel, and modern offices. Key plots: Wanli Business Center (Plot 06), Dewang Prefecture (Plot 07), Deyi Prefecture (Plot 08), Wanli City Square (Plot 05).
The first project to be launched was the Wanli Business Center.

Wanli Business Center is one of the important projects in the urban renewal unit of Huaide Old Village in Bao'an District, Shenzhen. It has a total land area of 299700 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 416700 square meters. It is a comprehensive building that integrates office, commerce, and apartments. After completion, it will become a commercial center with complete commercial, talent residential, and cultural facilities in Fuyong Street.
ALTOP is responsible for the curtain wall system, door and window system, and supporting glass railings of the entire building facade of the project. The project adopts our independently developed modular curtain wall system. This system not only has good water tightness, air tightness, and wind pressure resistance, but also has good seismic performance. Even if it is subjected to a 10 level earthquake, it can ensure that the overall curtain wall is not damaged. The visual template (VMU) produced by our company in the early stage of the project also perfectly presents the aesthetic design of the building and has received unanimous praise.
