We delivered a fully customized unitized curtain wall system featuring high-performance glazing and concealed operable windows. The prefabricated design ensures efficient installation and consistent quality, while enhancing energy performance and daylighting.

Selected facade sections are clad in fluorocarbon-coated aluminum panels, offering a sleek, weather-resistant finish ideal for coastal conditions. Aluminum louver systems are widely incorporated to provide solar shading and ventilation, enriching the facade with dynamic visual expression.

The balustrade system combines lightweight durability with minimalist aesthetics, meeting safety requirements while enhancing the architectural flow and public interface of the building.
