Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in foreign trade English or engineering;
2. Fluency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, proficiency in communication with foreign merchants, CET 6 or above in principle;
3. More than two years of working experience in foreign trade business, basic reading of CAD drawings, applicants with marketing experience of building materials preferred;
4. Applicants with marketing experience of glass curtain wall products, aluminum alloy curtain wall products and stainless steel member products;

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for carrying out tender budget at the earlier stage of projects, which includes commercial bid compiling and cost analysis, and understanding the requirements of bidding documents;
2. Be responsible for budgeting construction costs at the earlier stage of project engineering, and timely completing engineering cost and index analysis in combination with projects and the company;
3. Put forward reasonable opinions and save project costs from the perspective of controlling engineering costs;
4. Be responsible for filing and managing project budget data and compiling engineering bidding quotation;
5. Be responsible for compiling the objective costs of engineering projects and the quotation of design alteration;
6. Complete other working matters arranged by the superiors.
