Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery and civil construction, CET 4 or above, more than 3 years of working experience
2. Proficiency in applying AUTOCAD drawings as well as Word, Excel office software;
3. Acquaintance with curtain walls, doors/windows, unit-typed curtain walls, structures and other kinds of related calculation software, 3D modeling as well as related regulations and acceptance standards; capability of independently conceiving and optimizing unit and relatively complicated specially-shaped frame curtain wall structures, with the designed curtain wall structural systems meeting the effect requirements of architects as well as sealing, insulation and other functional requirements;
4. Acquaintance with curtain wall materials, abilities of selecting materials reasonably, controlling costs in terms of structural system design, material selection and all the other aspects, and achieving the maximum engineering profits on the premise of meeting engineering requirements;
5. Acquaintance with the processing and assembly of curtain walls as well as installation and construction processes, abilities of reducing costs and improving the quality by process optimization;
6. Abilities of carrying out design decisions on the regular curtain wall projects by checking the regular curtain wall design drawings, as well as completing approval drawing design and external drawing signing according to planning requirements;
7. Applicants who have taken charge of and designed at least two units or specially-shaped curtain wall projects completely, had overseas project experience and been familiar with norms and standards of overseas projects preferred;
