In order to increase the architecture knowledge of Altop members, a training from Dow corning series products was organized in our office on December 20th.
This training specially invited a technical trainer from Taiwan who has been working Dow corning for more than 20 years. The Marketing Department, the department of commerce, the department of purchase, the department of design are actively involved. Trainers talk about the history of the company, one by one to explain the classic cases, and then introduce the characteristics of the product, application scope in detail.
The training was vivid and interesting, and brought a lot of small gifts, such as thermos cup, usb flash drive, notebook, shopping bag, gum, etc. During the training, trainers have been interspersed with questions, no matter the answer is right or wrong, everyone has gift, we are also active and enthusiastic answer, in the answer to deepen the understanding of the product, the training atmosphere is very active and happy.
The last part of the training is the question and answer time. From the perspective of our own work, we put forward some targeted questions, and the trainer also gave answers one by one. We got a lot of professional knowledge and method from the training.
At the end of the training, everyone felt that it is vigorous and funny. It was almost 10 o ‘clock in the evening when finish. We all hope that the company can organize more such training so we can complete their own work better and make more contributions to the company.
