Auckland Park Hyatt Hotel was invested and built by Fuhua International Group. It was founded by Ms. Chen Lihua, one of the richest women in China. Park Hyatt Hotel is her first project in New Zealand – a super five-star hotel with an investment of more than 300 million New Zealand dollars.

The location of the hotel is even better. It is located at 99 Halsey Street, the base village of the 2021 America’s Cup Regatta, which can be called the golden area of Auckland! 酒店建筑设计由新加坡AR+D事务所主建筑师Ali Reda设计的，并与本地公司Bossley Architects合作，并确保毛利部落Ngāti Whātua从一开始就参与其中。
The hotel architectural design was designed by Ali Reda, the chief architect of AR+D in Singapore, and collaborated with the local company Bossley Architects to ensure that the Maori tribe Ng ā Ti Wh ā Tua has been involved from the beginning.
酒店建筑面积约30000㎡，除了195个客房，还有3个高档餐厅、酒吧，另有会议中心，健身中心，室外泳池及温泉浴场设施。整个酒店的设计都以航海为主题-从光彩夺目的红色大门到众多餐饮场所，每个场所包括房间都拥有海景。
The hotel has a construction area of approximately 30000 square meters, with 195 guest rooms, 3 high-end restaurants and bars, as well as conference centers, fitness centers, outdoor swimming pools, and spa facilities. The entire hotel is designed with a maritime theme – from the dazzling red entrance to numerous dining venues, each with a sea view including rooms.
走进酒店，庞大的中庭可以直接看到楼层的分布，带给人规模感。在宽敞的休息区域两侧是两面由冲孔铝板打造的异形屏风造型，从地面一直延伸到酒店的顶部，不仅具有观赏效果，还有效保护了住户们的隐私。这套冲孔铝板造型就是由ALTOP制作的，ALTOP承接了酒店内部整套铝板系统，包括所有墙面、天花、长廊、泳池等。
Entering the hotel, the large atrium provides a direct view of the distribution of floors, giving people a sense of scale. On both sides of the spacious rest area are two screen designs made of perforated aluminum panels, extending from the ground to the top of the hotel. Not only does it have an ornamental effect, but it also effectively protects the privacy of residents. This perforated aluminum panel design is made by ALTOP, which has taken on the entire aluminum panel system inside the hotel, including all walls, ceilings, corridors, swimming pools, etc.
在建设室外长廊的过程中，ALTOP项目组主动提出用木纹铝板代替木材，不仅保证了美观效果，还为建筑增加了耐候性，建成后效果深得客户的认可。
During the construction of the outdoor corridor, the ALTOP project team took the initiative to replace wood with wood grain aluminum panels, which not only ensured the aesthetic effect but also increased the weather resistance of the building. After completion, the effect was deeply recognized by customers.
