The project is located 150 meters north of the intersection between Baoxing Road and Haixiu Road, Baoan District, Shenzhen. The main tower is a mixed use building that integrates Grade A office buildings and high-end commercial buildings. The building has a height of 224.8 meters, 4 floors underground, 48 floors above ground, and a total construction area of 76,300 square meters above ground.
The satellite communication operation building project is located in the core area of Bao’an CBD, and is positioned on the “high-throughput broadband satellite communication system” floor. This project is a key project of Shenzhen and Bao’an District Committee and District Government.
