In the project bidding, the company won the unanimous affirmation of customers with its solid and efficient work style, good corporate reputation, perfect service standard system and reasonable quotation, and successfully won the bid for the aluminum alloy curtain wall of the commercial and residential complex at 451 10th Avenue, New York, USA project.
The project is located in Hudson Yards in New York City. The building is 163m high, with a total of 45 floors, 44 floors above ground, and one floor underground, containing 526 apartment houses. The project is composed of a building curtain wall divided into a glass curtain wall of about 8,000 square meters and a metal curtain wall system of about 12,000 square meters.
The 451 10th Avenue project is positioned as a commercial and residential complex skyscraper. After completion, it will become a new landmark for the high-end integrated community in the area. The project will build owned and modern urban communities, mainly cater to the residents of metropolitan areas, optimize the infrastructure around the apartments, and improve the living environment. It will provide the state with unparalleled new experiences of culture, fashion, business and gastronomy, while providing quality life services to more than 4,000 New Yorkers in 27 communities in the state.
The overall exterior wall of the building is a combination structure of glass curtain wall, interlayer decorative aluminum panels & arc-shaped pillar decorative aluminum panels, of which about 6000 square meters are arc-shaped pillar decorative aluminum panels, and this part is a vertical curved surface with a height of more than 3 meters. The aluminum plate unit is composed of 4 curved aluminum plates with different arc shapes and an aluminum profile frame to form a unit body about 1.7 meters wide. The designer uses aluminum plate materials with excellent processing properties to achieve the curved skin shape of the building.
In terms of appearance, it achieves the soft visual enjoyment of the building while avoiding the light pollution caused by the all-glass curtain wall. These 3D curved aluminum veneer structures in the glass curtain wall will be the new bright spot of the whole building curtain wall. At present, the visual template we submitted has been highly recognized by customers. The entire project will be delivered in mid-2021.
