The public facilities include Warren’s bar and restaurant with 150 seats, living room, orange orchard, and private activity space.

The exterior of the hotel features oversized warehouse style windows suspended from the entire main facade, and is framed by a grid of decorative steel beams and columns, further enhancing the industrial aesthetic. The frame consists of a bright cyan aluminum panel system and yellow panels surrounding the wall. The blank east wall has a yellow rain screen system that matches the yellow panels. This building contrasts well with the traditional brick, stone, and cast iron exterior walls nearby, making it a perfect showcase of contemporary art and industrial design.
